In order to complete your application please have the following document(s) ready to submit with your application. 

  • Sales Tax Exempt License (Certificate) If applicable in your State.
  • Federal Fire Arm License (FFL).
  • Company W-9 or Business License.
  • URL of an operating website related to the industry.
  • Read our Privacy Policy

We prefer a pdf or jpg copy of the documents.

In order to assure your receipt of email notifications we do not recommend the use of Yahoo.com or AOL.com email addresses. These email service providers are notorious for blocking legitimate emails that other ESP’s do not block. We have found that any other ESP such as gmail.com, hotmail.com, or any private domain ESP have no problem reliably delivering automated emails from eCommerce websites.
